• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method registered on the account.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

yk33 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered.
• Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined sum of the deposit and the bonus.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• If the conditions are not met within the specified time limit after receiving a bonus, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

General Bonus Policy

• yk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be active at the same time will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be permanently closed.

Gaming Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Users can be promoted to a higher tier based on their regular gaming activity. Details regarding VIP benefits are determined by yk33 and may change at any time.

Cashback benefits will be credited directly to the account and may be subject to separate terms and conditions. VIP tier benefits are not guaranteed or permanent, and yk33 may make changes as needed.
